Privacy Policy

Your files

Almost every tool on TotalFreeTools processes files inside your browser. Those files are never uploaded to our servers, and we cannot see them.

The only exceptions are Word to PDF and PDF to Word, which need a full office program that can't run in a browser. For these, your file is sent over an encrypted connection to our conversion server, converted, and deleted as soon as you download the result, or after 10 minutes at the latest. We never read, share or keep copies. Each tool page says clearly when a file will be uploaded.

Usage analytics

We collect anonymous usage data (such as which tools are used, page views, device type and country) to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We never collect file names or file contents.

Advertising

We show ads through Google AdSense to keep the site free. Google may use cookies to show ads based on your interests. You can opt out in your Google ad settings.
