- 3Stop and download
Click Stop, watch it back and download the video.
Common questions
Is my video uploaded anywhere?
No. The video is recorded inside your browser and stays on your device. Nothing is sent to a server, and the camera turns off when you stop.
Why is the preview mirrored?
So it feels like looking in a mirror. The saved video isn't mirrored: text and logos read the right way round.
Is there a time limit?
No limit and no watermark. For long recordings, save every hour or so, because the video is kept in memory until you download it.
Is the Webcam Recorder free?
